The Lost Wallet
By: Brett & Paul Thomas, Blake Simpson         Banora Point High School
The Lost Wallet was a crowd pleaser at both screenings and tied for second prize in the Sponsor`s High School competition.   This film begins as a day on a jet ski but when Paul discovers he has lost his wallet he has to retrace his steps; his journey takes him from Tropical Fruit World to Cabarita Beach and beyond.   He is unable to find his wallet but is treated to some good old-fashioned hospitality by the benevolent business people in the region.   A must see for potential travellers.

Two Bobs Worth
By: Poppi Meeves         Terranora Primary School
Poppi is eleven years old and attends Terranora Primary School.   She took on the monumental task of interviewing two local artists who run the Science Art Research Centre at Uki, monumental because their life`s work is such a big story to tell and, as is with all things scientific, also quite complicated.   Poppi responded to the challenge with aplomb - her interview and film is of a superior standard - informative and picturesque.   The artwork and views will have you wishing you had seen the film on the big screen.   Poppi was Sponsor`s Choice for Best Primary School short film and was also awarded a Bam.

A Problem Solved
